RETURNS & EXCHANGES

A guide to help you understand how we handle returns and exchanges.

1. Faulty or Malfunctioning Items

Within 30 Days: If a fault occurs within 30 days of purchase, Ubra Tech will assist in accordance with the manufacturer's policy. Return courier costs will be covered by Ubra Tech.

After 30 Days: For faults beyond 30 days, support will be provided in line with the manufacturer's warranty policy. Return courier costs are borne by the customer.

2. Incorrectly Ordered or Delivered Items

Incorrectly Ordered or Unwanted Items (within 14 Days): Items may be returned within 14 days provided they are sealed and unused. A courier fee and 15% handling fee will apply.

Incorrectly Delivered Items (within 14 Days): Items delivered incorrectly can be returned within 14 days at no cost to you. Where possible, inspect goods on delivery and reject incorrect items immediately.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or downloaded software
  • Batteries and perishable items
  • Custom-configured or build-to-order products
  • Items marked as Final Sale

4. Return Process

Contact us at info@ubratech.co.za or 071 010 2913 to initiate a return. Our team will guide you through the process based on the nature of your return. Please ensure faulty items are returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

5. Refunds

Once a returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, subject to your card issuer's processing times.

6. Exchanges

Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product. Contact us at info@ubratech.co.za to arrange.

7. Warranty Returns

For items under manufacturer's warranty, refer to the warranty documentation supplied with your product or visit the manufacturer's website directly.
