Who We Are

UbraTech (Pty) Ltd (Reg No: 2026/160855/07) is a registered South African IT reseller operating at ubratech.co.za. We supply computers, peripherals, networking, security and related technology products to consumers and businesses nationwide. All orders are fulfilled through our authorised distributor network and delivered directly to you via reputable national couriers.


Delivery Coverage

UbraTech delivers to all addresses within the Republic of South Africa. Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays). We do not currently ship internationally.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes begin once payment has been received and confirmed in full. Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, or on a public holiday, will be processed the next business day.

Please note that timeframes are estimates. While we make every effort to meet them, UbraTech cannot be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, adverse weather, civil disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery address. The applicable fee will be clearly displayed before you confirm payment.


How We Fulfil Your Order

UbraTech operates as an authorised reseller. Once your payment is confirmed, your order is processed through our distributor network and dispatched via a national courier service directly to your delivery address. We use reputable courier partners including RTT Group and Courier It to ensure reliable, trackable delivery across South Africa.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the courier. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of payment confirmation, please contact us at info@ubratech.co.za or 071 010 2913.


Risk and Ownership

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery — once the courier hands over your order, responsibility for the goods transfers to you. Ownership of goods remains with UbraTech until payment has been received and cleared in full.

We strongly recommend inspecting your delivery at the time of receipt. If packaging appears damaged, note this with the courier before signing and contact us immediately at info@ubratech.co.za.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is available to receive it, the courier will typically make a second attempt or hold the parcel at a local depot. It is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection within the timeframe set by the courier. UbraTech is not liable for additional courier charges arising from failed delivery attempts due to the customer's unavailability.


Remote and Outlying Areas

Delivery to farms, small towns, and outlying areas may take longer than the standard timeframe and may incur additional courier charges. Where applicable, these will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed.


Lost or Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@ubratech.co.za or 071 010 2913. UbraTech will liaise with the courier on your behalf and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Please retain all original packaging as it may be required for courier claims.


Software and Digital Products

Software products that are delivered digitally will be fulfilled by way of a download link and/or product key sent to your registered email address. Delivery is considered complete upon transmission of the download link. Bandwidth costs associated with downloading software are for the customer's account.
